momentum partners was established in early 2008 to offer something a little different and eclectic in the Real Estate world.  This doesn't mean we don't have experience, in actuality it's 11 years as investors, 10 as Realtors and 6 as rental property owners/ managers- entwined.  We opened our doors in the fabulous Crossroads District positioning ourselves as a "boutique-style" real estate office.  We are focused on not only the Crossroads and Downtown areas, but also on all the neighborhoods running South-from Westport to the Plaza, Brookside to Waldo.  We also buy & sell on the Kansas side, running parallel to State Line. 

These are the neighborhoods we love, so why not put our hearts and souls into working with buyers and sellers in these areas.  Residential.  Commercial.  Single-Family Homes.  Condos & Lofts.  Sales.  Leasing.  This is what we do.

An additional benefit to our location is being able to participate within the Art community.  At our 2014 Main Street location, there's a gorgeous built-in bar that is reminiscent of the late 30's or early 40's, a tin ceiling and an expansive wall.  Now, what would you do with a big blank wall if you were surrounded by galleries?  That's exactly what we thought.  The gallery is known simply as {:m and we have hosted 8 different local artists since our inception.  We have scheduled artists for exhibition for the remainder of this year, which will include some playful and philanthropic shows.  As with the rest of the District, 1st Fridays is the unveiling of a new artist for the month.  Other than 1st Friday, gallery hours are random or by appointment.

We are creative in our approach with clients and it seems to be a perfect fit with our location.  It's just the icing on the cupcake to top the years of experience we offer.

And this is how our name and slogan came to be.  We have momentum and so we are.  And along with momentum is an image of how that benefits you ...moving you forward!
